If the merchandise is tested by our RMA Department and there is no problem, customer needs to take it back at their shipping expense, any canceled order will be charged 25% or $25 restocking fee, which ever is greater. For all replacement orders, we will charge $15 or 15% (whichever greater) processing fee. Main parts for DesignJet Plotters will be charged 50 % restocking fee if we are unable to talk to the customers tech regarding the defective problem. If a product proved to be defective, it will be either repaired or replaced promptly. All products must be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing materials, and manuals with no markings on the box.
