Hardware.com Launches Strategic Investment in Channel-Led Integrated Data Center Solutions Division

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Amid today’s increasingly challenging information technology (IT) climate, Hardware.com today launched the first phase of a strategic investment in channel-led integrated data center solutions. This initiative will provide customers with comprehensive, tailored solutions for integrated networks. Key personnel driving this new initiative include Justin Hadler, Director of Engineering, and Rick Dykhoff, Director of Channel Sales. Both also have considerable experience working with networking manufacturers, including, Juniper Networks, Networking, Force10, and Brocade.
Subsequent phases of investment will include recruitment in senior engineering and sales roles, as well as significant enhancements to existing multi-vendor POC and demo labs.

Paragon Communications, Inc. Acquires 72-Acre Property in Bolton, Mass
Telecommunications and electronics remanufacturer invests in campus to accommodate rapid growth.
Bolton, MA- Paragon Holdings has acquired a 72-acre property in Bolton, Massachusetts, where it will consolidate operations into a global headquarters for Paragon Communications, Inc. The property’s 301,647 square-foot building includes a fitness center, cafeteria, softball/baseball field, basketball court, walking/running trails, picnic areas, and is within walking distance to apple orchards. PARAGON purchased the property, formerly the Future Electronics site, from RGM Holdings for $8 million and intends to invest $1 million in the building.
The PARAGON Companies, including Paragon Communications, Inc., NTSDirect, Paragon R3, and NetworkStore, plan to occupy the new headquarters in January 2013, bringing 200 employees to the Bolton economy. The new Bolton campus will allow PARAGON to consolidate its three current facilities in Ashland and Southborough into one modern campus. “This acquisition represents an important milestone in the growth of PARAGON and its companies,” said Mike Prefontaine, CEO of PARAGON. “Our company began in a space the size of a garage, and within 13 years it has expanded to 200 employees and this amazing campus.”
